LaToya and her husband, Jeremy are raising their handsome autistic son, Julian - who is brilliant, intelligent, witty, a natural comedian, and genuinely loves people. Julian, at the age of four - years old was diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Pica, and Receptive-Expressive Language Disorder. Before Julian was diagnosed with autism, they struggled daily to understand their son. Julian struggled with multiple meltdowns, communication barriers, daily life skills, sensory issues, and numerous motor skills.

LaToya and her husband, Jeremy were at a loss. Thoughts of uncertainty roamed through their minds. “Where do we go from here?”, How do we help our son?”, “Is this a death sentence?” Where can we get help?” The family found help and support that would make a difference and change in their lives.
To their surprise, Julian would beat the odds. He continues to meet his goals with therapies such as ABA therapy, Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Therapy, and more. With prayer, resources, and a loving community, Julian is conquering milestones one step at a time. This journey is far from complete, with other accomplishments to come.
LaToya desires to support other families that are also walking through this journey, filled with uncertainties, and unfamiliar territory. LaToya’s goal is to advocate, educate, encourage, and serve. Join LaToya as she continues the journey along the unpredictable, rewarding road by advocation, education, encouragement, service, and love.
